"The jury is still out as I face summer and try to decide if THIS product or Un cover-up concealer works better in our SoCal Desert. It's light and blends easily. The RMS Refresh Eye Brightener helps conceal my dark circles with its peach color and is a great base layer before applying my other RMS products. I love the applicator and a very small amount works. I’ve found that applying with the roller first, then tapping with my ring finger works best to set the brightener. And it works on my dry skin!"

"I never realized that I needed this. I watched Rose Marie demonstrate it and I had to give it a try! It’s the best thing for my under eye darkness. Sometimes I don’t use a concealer. I keep it in the refrigerator so the metal tip is nice and cool. Try it you will be so impressed!!"
"I was hesitant to try this but once I did, WOW! I love that my under eyes now have spf protection as I was always hesitant to use my normal spf there. This brightens and covers with such a light/dewy, second skin texture that I even find myself patting it on other areas of my face on “no makeup” days when I’m still out running errands and needing spf. It provides light coverage alone and boosts any concealer/foundation layered on top. Totally recommend!"

"I was not going to buy the ReFresh Eye Brightener until my sister (whom I recently "addicted" to RMS) bought some and really liked it. I was afraid it was going to be too "fluid" and not cover well, and/or sink in the creases. It is not a thick product, nor is is lotion-like. It's just enough. What surprised me is that it felt like it had a tacky (but not sticky) feeling when first putting it in place. But it's easy to move around and it feels soft and smooth almost immediately after applying. A little goes a long way! Best of all it works really well with Revitalize Hydra Concealer! On days I want a bit more coverage, the two products are perfect together. This is my new holy grail for my 67 year old under-eyes."
